CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the service cost. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% and banned from future bookings. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals—after 10 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled. The studio address and directions are included in your confirmation texts and on the booking site. Please check before your appointment to avoid delays. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
